There are surprise pennies today December 2nd at Dollar General. Surprise pennies are items that are discontinued and the employees may/do not know about them. With surprise pennies, you may find them in the clearance section, regular aisle or on end caps. Keep in mind that if any penny item is recalled or expired, they do not have to sell them.
