Dollar General Penny List 6/30/26

We have a Dollar General penny list for this Tuesday June 30th. These items have been on clearance for a while, but it is time for them to be discounted and penny out. Keep in mind that with any penny list what is a penny for one person or area may not be for the next person or area. You must scan with your DG app set to the store location that you are shopping at.

If you are new to penny shopping at Dollar General, there are some things that you need to know.

Penny items are typically seasonal items that are being discontinued, but there are other items that as they clearance out and become discontinued, will eventually penny out.

With Seasonal items, they follow a markdown schedule of typically 25% off, 50% off, 70% off, 90% off and then penny. For other items sometimes they are just discontinued and not marked down, or they have a small percentage off and go through several clearance events.

Rules for penny shopping:

Do not ask employees about penny items. These are not penny sales and the store is supposed to remove them from the sales floor.
Do not make a mess. Keep it clean
Scan with your DG app set to the store location you are shopping at. Even if the item looks identical to something on the list, it could have different upc, year, scent etc.
BE kind to other shoppers and the employees.
