Penny List for December 23rd at Dollar General

Hi everyone! I know we have all been waiting to see if we have a penny list for Tuesday December 23rd at Dollar General, and I am happy to say yes, yes, we do. I think you will love this one too, it’s massive!

I’m sure if you are new to penny lists, you are wondering what penny items are and I am here to help you out. Penny items are items that are seasonal or being discontinued at Dollar General. When the items markdown, they go from full price down to 90% and then a penny. The stores job is to pull the items from the shelf before they penny, but if they don’t or they miss some, we can buy them for just one cent. There is an exclusion to this rule, that is if something is expired or recalled they do not have to sell the item to you. Safety first for sure.

Remember you should always scan with your DG app to check the price, do not ask employees about penny items (or penny sales it’s not a penny sale), don’t make a mess and be kind.
