May 26th Penny List
On Tuesday May 26th there is a Dollar General penny list and markdowns. The video below on the visuals has the wrong date. I do apologize for this, I have been running non-stop and didn’t catch the typo.
Penny items are items that are typically seasonal, but can sometimes be other categories too. These items are discontinued and will not be carried, or the season has changed, packaging, size, quantity etc.
These items are supposed to be pulled by employees before they penny, and yes they DO get a list. If they miss items or do not pull them, we can buy them for just a penny.
Always always scan items with your DG app set to the store location you are shopping at. What is a penny at one store or for one person may not be for the other. This is called YMMV (your miles may vary).
